Autumn Homecoming At The Farmhouse

Despite overcast October skies and cool temps there was still much fun to be had at the October 25th "Autumn Homecoming" at the historic Lindley House in Paoli.  Visitors enjoyed being able to meet and interact with Civil War era costumed re-enactors (10th Kentucky Partisan Rangers) who were set up on the front lawn.  There were also static weaponry displays,  a civil war encampment, cooking demonstrations, guided tours of the historic farmhouse. Youngsters enjoyed the heritage animals who were on hand and provided by Pat Hall.   The Lindley House is open for tours in season through late November by appointment.
